Chocolate-(any)nut Sorbet
Again, I had almost no food in my house and still, I made this shit happen! Great recipie… I added crushed walnuts, but I bet pistachios would be even better!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Makes 8 Servings, about 90 calories each. (I split it up into much smaller servings.)
Directions
- Combine all but vanilla in a saucepan.
- Heat on medium, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Turn off heat, and stir in vanilla.
- Chil 4 1/2 hrs.
