Grape Sorbet
So, I had some grapes, way too many, that were going bad. So… I improvised this recipie for some nice grape sorbet. This is a crude excuse for sorbet; using cheesecloth to separate the skins from the juice is your best bet- regardless, this sorbet was a great way to handle grapes-gone-bad. :D

Ingredients
- 4 cups green, seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Wash grapes and remove from stem.
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, blend until sugar is dissolved (about 2 min).
- Pour into containers and freeze.
(I’m waiting for this to freeze right now, will let you know how it turns out!)
